The festival is said to be the 76-year-old's final UK gig, before he retires from touring at the end of his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour. The superstar arrived on stage in a gold suit, and famous pink glasses, taking a seat at the piano as fireworks went off before he belted out a rendition of Pinball Wizard. Sir Elton John played some of his best-loved songs and said he never thought he would play Glastonbury as he took to the Pyramid Stage to one of the festival's biggest audiences.
